Our sampling timelines are optimized for both speed and precision, depending on the origin of the required materials. For projects utilizing locally sourced fabrics and trims, the average lead-time is 15 to 20 days. For specialized designs requiring overseas or imported materials, the lead-time typically ranges from 30 to 40 days to account for international transit and customs clearance.
Our production timelines are structured to balance high-volume efficiency with rigorous quality standards, beginning from the date a Purchase Order (PO) is received. For projects utilizing locally sourced materials, new styles typically require 10 to 12 weeks, while carryover styles can be expedited within 7 to 9 weeks. When incorporating overseas materials, our lead-time is 15 to 18 weeks for new designs and 11 to 13 weeks for carryover styles to account for international transit. Additionally, we offer specialized support for your marketing needs, managing Salesman Samples (SMS) or promotional samples within a shortened window of 6 to 7 weeks to ensure your seasonal launches remain on schedule.
To ensure secure and efficient transactions, PGS supports several flexible payment structures tailored to our clients' financial requirements. We primarily operate through Irrevocable and Transferable Letters of Credit (LC) at Sight, including deferred options ranging from 30 to 90 days, provided the LC includes a negotiation clause allowing for advance payment via a negotiating bank. For clients preferring wire transfers, we offer a Telegraphic Transfer (TT) structure requiring a 50% advance deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 50% balance due upon successful final inspection and prior to ex-factory delivery. Please note that we do not accept Documents Against Payment (DP) Sight or deferred LC terms that lack a negotiation facility, ensuring all parties maintain financial security throughout the production cycle.
